
Ingredients:
- 20gms
sattu maavu
- 1 cup of water
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoon of sweetner like sugar, honey or sugar (optional)
- Toppings of your choice (such as granola, sliced fruit, nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, mix the Sprouted sattu maavu, water, salt & sweetner.
- Cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes minimum, stir continuously, till the desired consistency is reached.
- Take it off the heat and allow it to cool for 10 mins.
- In a blender, combine the cooked sattu maavu, frozen banana, mixed berries & milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top it with your favorite toppings such as granola, sliced fruit, nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut.
- Serve the sprouted sattu maavu smoothie bowl immediately and enjoy a refreshing and nutritious breakfast or snack option.
