Ingredients:

  • 20gms sattu maavu
  • 1 cup of water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoon of sweetner like sugar, honey or sugar (optional)
  • Toppings of your choice (such as granola, sliced fruit, nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut)


Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, mix the Sprouted sattu maavu, water, salt & sweetner.
  2. Cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes minimum, stir continuously, till the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Take it off the heat and allow it to cool for 10 mins.
  4. In a blender, combine the cooked sattu maavu, frozen banana, mixed berries & milk.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top it with your favorite toppings such as granola, sliced fruit, nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut.
  7. Serve the sprouted sattu maavu smoothie bowl immediately and enjoy a refreshing and nutritious breakfast or snack option.
