Ingredients:
- 1 cup sprouted sattu maavu
- 1 tablespoon ghee or oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green chilies (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (such as carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onion, green chilies, and chopped vegetables. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the sprouted sattu maavu, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sprouted sattu maavu is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot as a nutritious and flavorful breakfast or snack option.
